19-22 July (4) Garden Castle: Base hikes from Swiman Hut, which has bunk beds with mattresses, hot bath and showers, braai facilities, indoor fireplace, tables and chairs, with parking outside the hut. Day hikes each day from the hut to caves, Bushman paintings, rivers and pools. R120 pppn (R360 total). Club members only. 9 August Nhlozane Memorial Hike
Meet at Mount Park country inn (Dargle) at 9am on Women’s day, 9 August (a public holiday).
An annual private hike, led by Mike: We will climb Nhlozane, the highest peak in the midlands and remember Bridget Richmond, Mike's lovely wife.
Cost to visit Mount Park is R50 per adult and R30 per child, includes tea and snacks on return.
